International operators in the stone industry, machinery manufacturers, construction professionals and designers have once again been invited to the Italian city of Verona, between 21st and 24th September 2011, to take part in the 46th edition of Marmomacc, the International Exhibition of Stone, Design and Technology (www.marmomacc.com).

In this new edition, Marmomacc has continued to pursue its purpose of promoting opportunities for growth in the marble and natural stone sector. As well as the exhibition, various conferences and cultural events have also been scheduled to take place during the fair. The ultimate aim, once again, is to promote the use of stone, its expressive possibilities and its multiple applications in interior and exterior design.

This is the foremost event in the marble sector worldwide and a veritable laboratory of ideas and trends as regards the use of stone in construction and design. As well as the presence of various delegations of international buyers, presentations will be held on studies and research, as well as commercial and cultural conferences that will enable participants to learn more about this market.

This event is like a window from which one can admire the best of both tradition and innovation, national and international products, architectural works made of stone from all over the world, promotion initiatives and the varied expressive possibilities of stone materials in architecture and design. This edition of the fair is also promoting continuing education courses, technical seminars and programmes for architects.
